Flat Creek Gate Access Upgrades to Entrance Lanes
New gate loops will be installed on the entrance lanes of Flat Creek Gate on Sunday, July 26, requiring us to close one lane at a time between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Members and guests can still use this entrance all day, though traffic patterns will shift throughout the day. Please be patient as lines to get into the community at Flat Creek Gate may be longer while this work is being completed.
Gate loops, also known as vehicle presence detection loops, are buried beneath the pavement to detect vehicles and trigger gate arms to open and close. This work is being done as part of the larger gate access system upgrade happening in late August.
Please note that these new gate loops will change the timing of the gate opening and closing. Allow the gate to fully close behind the car ahead of you before proceeding. Only 1 car should go through the gate for each opening cycle. Do not tailgate.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we make the improvements necessary for a more efficient gate access system.
