Board Meeting Recording

The recording of the Board of Directors meeting held on July 29th is now available for members to view. We encourage anyone who was unable to attend, or who would like to revisit the discussion, to take the time to watch and stay informed. Click here to view. Passcode: $xZZ.1^Y

Joint Board Meeting with Lake Maintenance Corporation

The Board of Directors and Lake Maintenance Corporation will hold its first joint meeting on Tuesday, August 11 at noon in the Lakeview Room. Members are invited to attend to learn about how Hampton Lake and Lake Maintenance Corporation work together to preserve our lakes and natural environment. An agenda and zoom link will be provided in next week's Weekly Catch.

Reminder: Please Pick Up After Your Pets

Please remember to pick up after your pet, and remind others in your household to do the same. Pet waste left behind washes into Hampton Lake through storm runoff, affecting water quality for everyone who enjoys it. Waste receptacles are located throughout the community for your convenience.

School Drop-Off and Pick-Up

School starts this week for many and below are a few reminders as you begin making school drop-off and pick-up arrangements:

  • Please do not park cars or golf carts on the grass or block gatehouse or roadway traffic when picking up or dropping off your children.
  • Please remind your children that all e-bikes and e-scooters must be operated in the roadway and not on the sidewalks.
  • All e-bikes must be operated safely and follow the rules of the road; please no speeding, cutting off traffic, or tricks!
  • Please make sure your children's e-bikes and e-scooters are properly registered with the community and have current decals. Non-resident e-bikes are not allowed within the community.

Please follow the rules, be safe, and have a great school year!
