Prepare for the New Guest Management System
|
Proptia, our new gate access and guest management system is set to launch later this month. As a reminder, please make sure every designated adult in your household has a unique email address on record with Hampton Lake. This will allow you to register for individual Proptia accounts. If you have questions about this requirement or need assistance updating your contact information, please email April Langill, Member Relations Manager at [email protected].
More information on Proptia will be provided in future communications.

School Drop-Off and Pick-Up
|
We hope all of our Hampton Lake families are having a great start to the school year! Below are a few reminders as you continue to make school drop-off and pick-up arrangements:
- Please do not park cars or golf carts on the grass or block gatehouse or roadway traffic when picking up or dropping off your children.
- Please remind your children that all e-bikes and e-scooters must be operated in the roadway and not on the sidewalks.
- All e-bikes must be operated safely and follow the rules of the road; please no speeding, cutting off traffic, or tricks!
- Please make sure your children's e-bikes and e-scooters are properly registered with the community and have current decals. Non-resident e-bikes are not allowed within the community.
Please follow the rules, be safe, and have a great school year!
